"Her Inner Light" is a non-profit project born with the mission of supporting women in taking care of their mental health and discovering their inner strength. The project is designed to help women face psychological difficulties, improve their self-confidence, and find peace in life.

 

Women, in their roles as mothers, wives, or workers, often face great pressures from work, family, and society. These issues sometimes make them feel lonely, tired, and lacking the necessary support. The project "Her Inner Light" was created to provide a safe space where women can share their worries and stress and receive advice and support from psychological experts.

 

The main activities of the project include:

1. 1-1 Mental Health Counseling: Individual sessions with a mental health professional help women identify and address mental health issues, thereby improving their quality of life.

2. Community Support Program: Provides workshops and classes on self-care skills and self-esteem building.

3. Building Community: Building a community of women who are connected and support each other on their journey of healing and growth.
